There are many different types of volunteer opportunities available at Girls Inc. - from
community expert volunteer facilitators to group program volunteers to administrative
volunteers. We would very much appreciate the support of volunteers in the following
areas:
GIRLS ED VOLUNTEERS
Girls Ed volunteers work with our participant girls at our After School Program in the Rideau Heights Community in Kingston. We welcome the support of teen girls and women of all ages - this is a great way for high school students to get some experience and obtain their 40 service hours!
COMMUNITY EXPERT VOLUNTEERS
We have ongoing opportunities for community members to directly support school-aged and youth participants by sharing their expertise in the facilitation of workshops and activities.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Our agency is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are responsible for leadership in the areas of governance, development, strategic direction and financial oversight. We welcome new individuals to help with this critical function.
