There are many ways to help advance our vision of powerful girls in an equitable society. Through financial contributions, volunteering, advocacy, mentoring, teaching, job shadowing, work placements, and helping spread the word about our work, you can help create a community where girls+ reach their goals and achieve their fullest potential.
Become a Program Funder
Are you a corporation, local business or foundation committed to investing in leaders? Support the evidence-based programming experience proven to help girls succeed.
Support our Girls Ed Program
We need ongoing financial support from individuals and businesses for our Girls Ed Program to provide critical prevention-focused programming for community girls. This includes after school programs, in-school groups, mentoring programs and our free day camp program. You can choose to support KFL&A, H&PE or both!
BECOME AN EMPLOYMENT PARTNER
Hiring a Girls Inc. Limestone participant is a great way to support your business and your community. For each placement, we provide an 80% reimbursement of your employer costs for 16 to 20 weeks to help with training and onboarding.
Become an Advisor
Host a Girls Inc. social, attend a social event, connect us with like-minded community members or donors and help us spread the word about our work. This is a great way for you to get involved as your time permits and be an important part of the Girls Inc. movement and help drive positive change with and for girls.
Become an Ambassador
Help raise awareness by sharing our social media posts to spread the word about the impact our work is having in KFL&A and H&PE. Join our social media platforms at the bottom of this page or contact us to find out more.
BECOME A PLACEMENT STUDENT
We work closely with St. Lawrence College, Queen's University and others and welcome placement students to work directly with our program participants.
MENTOR OR TEACH PARTICIPANTS
Work hands-on with our program participants by becoming a program delivery volunteer. We have flexible support options including job shadowing or providing a workshop for our participants.
